Hi, I’m Jamie aka Beanz!
I am a self trained home chef and baker. I found my love and passion for culinary arts at the young age of 8 after sneaking into the kitchen many times and reading my mothers cook books. I always found myself skipping through to the baking section and one day decided to try it out. It was love at first bake! As I grew up, I continued experimenting in the kitchen, learning along the way.
Over the years, I have developed many recipes and skills through much trial and error. To this day, I still experiment and go through much trial and error, as is the way of the baker/chef! I developed this website as a way to share my journey with everyone and offer a piece of my kitchen to yours!
